Perched on a cliff on the edge of the Indus River, Ule Ethnic Resort is a simple, eco-friendly resort in the village of Ule Tokpo. Set among an apricot orchard, this attractive property is an excellent base for exploring and hiking through the Sham Valley.
Accommodation is in 46 comfortably furnished cottages and huts. The spacious Deluxe Cottages are ensuite and feature a bedroom with a sitting area and large picture windows offering glorious views of the surrounding gardens. At the same time, the basic Huts target the budget-conscious. Tasty Ladakhi, as well as Indian cuisine, is served at Ule Ethnic Resort’s main dining room.
Private dining in the garden or courtyard can be arranged upon request. Other facilities at Ule Ethnic Resort include a library and a treatment room dedicated to relaxing massages.
