Tucked away on a quiet street, away from the busy Old City, Sanasaryan Han, A Luxury Collection Hotel, is entered through a light-filled atrium featuring a grand chandelier. Within, warm furnishings, a library, and glass cases housing antique curios are juxtaposed by contemporary art installation and striking monochromatic photographs that capture the soul of Istanbul.
Sanasaryan Han’s 51 guestrooms and 12 suites have sweeping views overlooking Istanbul and luxurious contemporary interior design that is complimented with Turkish accents. Arched windows, hammam-style marble bathrooms, and headboards featuring local motifs all give in-house residents a real sense of place.
Guests should be aware that leisure facilities at the property are limited. There is no fitness centre, swimming pool or hammam.
