Located within the unspoiled traditional village of Sirince, in the verdant hills above Ephesus, the historic Gullu Konaklari is a stylish boutique hotel named after the roses for which the region is famous.

The 13 comfortable rooms forming Gullu Konaklari are within two restored hundred-year-old mansions, set amongst beautiful aromatic gardens overlooking the Sirince Valley. Each attractive air-conditioned room (approx. 35 sqm) has wooden floors and is decorated in a traditional Turkish style. The property has carefully preserved many original architectural details, including working fireplaces, old Turkish tiles, exposed stonework, and atmospheric wooden beams. Bathrooms have bathtubs and separate walk-in showers along with luxurious locally sourced amenities.

Gullu Konaklari’s excellent onsite restaurant serves international cuisine infused with regional accents and local delicacies. During the warmer months, meals are served al fresco under a white pavilion on the hotel’s beautiful terrace. At this time, it is also possible to enjoy long evenings or lazy afternoons relaxing outside on the hotel’s comfortable rattan sofas and chairs. A particular delight while staying at Gullu Konaklari is exploring the winding cobbled alleys, small shops, and rustic cafes and restaurants of Sirince village.
