Amanruya

Idyllic Amanruya has been named one of Europe’s best resorts and is located amongst pristine surroundings on a peaceful hillside outside Bodrum. The resort offers breathtaking views of the Aegean Sea and has a winding pathway leading to a sheltered pebble beach. Amanruya ascends through a series of levels and terraces and has a contemporary feel with architecture combining Mediterranean and Ottoman design elements.

Accommodation is in 36 spacious Pool Terrace Cottages, each with a private garden and grey-green marble swimming pool (around 35 sqm). The 75 sqm cottages are categorised as either Garden View, Partial Sea View, or Deluxe Sea View and have a modern Turkish décor. Each cottage features a four-poster bed, an open bathroom, a garden with a pergola, large cushioned daybeds, and an outdoor shower.

Delivering a seasonal menu, the kitchen at Amanruya features Turkish and Mediterranean-inspired cuisines in addition to a number of dining pavilions and lounges, a light lunch can be enjoyed at the Beach Club. Leisure facilities at the resort include a beautiful 50 sqm infinity swimming pool surrounded by dining and relaxation pavilions. Spa treatment rooms, a Beach Club with a range of water-sports equipment, a gym, and a tennis court are also available. A library, boutique, art gallery and carpet gallery complete the Aman experience.

If looking further afield, Amanruya can arrange visits to the region’s classical sites, as well as walking, mountain biking, horse riding, golfing and boating excursions. (The hotel is open from April to October).
