A Lebanon summer holiday might seem an unusual proposition, but this gorgeous eastern Mediterranean country comes into its own over the summer months and has all of the ingredients necessary to deliver an exceptional experience.

Once the playground of the international jet set where celebrities such as Brigitte Bardot mingled with Omar Sharif, Lebanon is a mecca for foodies and wine enthusiasts and has a fabulous range of cultural attractions, wonderfully varied scenery, and some fine beaches. Above all else, a summer holiday in Lebanon, with its easy Mediterranean ways, is great fun. Our Lebanon Summer Holiday is chauffeur-driven and privately guided throughout and has been designed to showcase the country’s great cultural and scenic attractions while enabling you to sample the culinary scene.

The journey culminates in the sleepy ancient fishing port of Tyre where you will have three nights and two full days to relax at a charming guesthouse with fine sea views and its own tiny private beach.
