BOOK YOUR HOLIDAY WITH CONFIDENCE
When booking your holiday with Corinthian Travel, you can do so, secure in the knowledge that your monies are fully financially protected through our membership of the Travel Trust Association (TTA) and, if booking flights through us, the ATOL scheme. We hold TTA membership number U6485 and ATOL number T7335.

ATOL: Your Financial Protection
Many of the flights and flight-inclusive holidays on this website are financially protected by the ATOL scheme. However, ATOL protection does not apply to all holiday and travel services listed on this website. Please ask us to confirm what protection may apply to your booking. If you do not receive an ATOL Certificate, then the booking will not be ATOL-protected. If you do receive an ATOL Certificate but all the parts of your trip are not listed on it, those parts will not be ATOL protected. Please see our booking conditions for information, or for more information about financial protection and the ATOL Certificate, go to: atol.org/about-atol/atol-certificates.

TTA: Your Financial Protection
Where flights are not included, your holiday is protected through our membership of the Travel Trust Association. We hold TTA membership number U6485. The Travel Trust Association exists to protect the customer and provides 100% financial protection. This means that every penny you pay to Corinthian Travel that is not protected by ATOL is protected by the Travel Trust Association.
What does it mean if a company is a member of the Travel Trust Association?
It means that you can book your holiday, secure in the knowledge that the Travel Trust Association will protect you in the unlikely event of a member becoming insolvent. Should a member of the Travel Trust Association, for any reason, financially fail or cease trading, the Travel Trust Association will liaise with the suppliers to ensure that your holiday goes ahead unaffected. If, for any reason, this is not possible, the TTA will administer a claim for a refund of money that you have paid to a member for your holiday.
The Travel Trust Association
The Travel Trust Association is a trade association of Travel Agents, Tour Operators and Travel Organisers that operate trust accounts in order to provide financial protection for the consumer. The TTA lays down strict guidelines on how customer’s funds may be handled and each member must adhere to these guidelines. Every TTA member puts the customer’s funds into a designated trust account, which is supervised by an independent trustee. The trustee is a banker, Chartered or Certified Accountant, or Solicitor. Your funds are held in this account and may not be released unless you receive your holiday or your funds are released to another company that becomes responsible and provides for your financial protection.
All payments made to a TTA member should be made payable to their specially designated trust account i.e. when paying Corinthian Travel Ltd, make all payments to ‘Corinthian Travel Ltd Trust Account’. Credit Card payments are automatically deposited into the trust account via electronic processing. Corinthian Travel has a practising certificate issued by the TTA. This identifies the company TTA number (U6485), the company to whom all payments should be made (Corinthian Travel Ltd), and the trustee member for the company and his / her address (Mr Sudheer Sharma, TTA Trustees (UK) Ltd, 3rd Floor, Albion House, High Street, Woking, Surrey, GU21 6BD).
The Travel Protection Plan
The TTA’s Travel Protection Plan covers every service you have booked with Corinthian Travel, whether it be transport, accommodation, entertainment, or recreation.
It involves two aspects; firstly, the Trust Account is operated for your benefit. The money may only be released from the Trust to pay for the services which you have booked. Secondly, there is further protection from a guarantee provided by the TTA if, by reason of fraud or dishonesty, your money is not in the Trust Account under this guarantee, the TTA will guarantee the financial obligation of Corinthian Travel Ltd to repay such sum to you up to the maximum any one passenger of £11,000. So if you paid £2,000, the TTA guarantees to reimburse the loss of £2,000 where it is not available to you from the Trust Account.
Therefore, the Trust Account plus the guarantee will ensure that all money you have paid is safely protected and available to reimburse you. When you make a booking, you will be supplied with a guarantee certificate—details of the guarantee can be read here.
