Assos Nazlihan Hotel

Located directly on the harbour-front of the charming small fishing village of Assos (Behramkale), the Assos Nazlihan Hotel is a delightful rustic property housed within four Greek stone-built mansions dating from the 1850s. A particular joy while staying in Assos is relaxing at one of the Nazlihan’s outside tables and enjoying a Mediterranean-style lunch or dinner while looking out over the Aegean Sea and the Greek Island of Lesbos. Off-season, meals are served in the dining room. A nautically themed bar serves a wide range of drinks if you are looking for some refreshment having clambered over the local classical ruins. During the warmer months it is possible to swim from the hotel’s Blue Flag beach, or dive into the crystal clear waters from the Nazlihan’s wooden pier. Accommodation is divided between the simple compact rooms of the main hotel and the slightly larger renovated rooms in the Spa Wing. Within the main hotel the rooms have simple traditional decorative touches and exposed stonework, while those in the Spa Wing have a more contemporary feel. The (seasonal) Assos Nazlihan Hotel’s Spa has an indoor plunge pool, massage rooms and a traditional Turkish Bath.
