Cinnamon Lodge

In the heart of Sri Lanka’s Cultural Triangle, Cinnamon Lodge, set on the edge of an ancient reservoir, is spread amongst a 27-acre tranquil woodland. Inspired by the ancient Ritigala ruins, the hotel features water gardens and meandering stone pathways that link the individual chalets with the open sided colonnaded public spaces. The 131 comfortably furnished Superior and Deluxe rooms, scattered around the property, occupy either the ground floor or the first floor of the chalets and feature either a balcony or a verandah. The spacious two-bedroom Deluxe suites occupy an entire chalet with the master bedroom upstairs; a living room, dining room and the second bedroom downstairs. The bathroom features a Jacuzzi and a spacious area for dressing. The one-bedroom Superior Suites are elegantly decorated and open out onto the manicured gardens or Habarana Lake. Cinnamon Lodge offers a range of dining options including an ‘Organic Fine Dining’ restaurant that serves food prepared from fresh produce sourced from its own farm every day. The well-stocked bar serves exotic drinks, specialty coffees and the legendary Cinnamon tea. Other leisure facilities at Cinnamon Lodge include a large swimming pool, badminton and table tennis and a Spa.
