Set amongst 35 acres of beautifully landscaped gardens and swaying coconut palms that lead you to a tranquil beach, Carnoustie Ayurveda & Wellness Resort is a boutique resort offering stylish private villas that harmoniously fuse traditional Keralan and Balinese design with modern creature comforts. The luxuriously appointed villas, many with a private plunge pool, are a tranquil haven with their own private outdoor timber decks, walk-in dressers, sunken bathtubs, sophisticated LED TV’s and BOSE iPod docking stations. The thatched roofs and the exposed wooden beams add to the natural, indigenous feel as well as the character of the villas, while those villas with private pool allow guests to experience luxury of space and serenity amidst nature. At Carnoustie Ayurveda & Wellness Resort, guests have the opportunity to enjoy Indian as well as international cuisine at the main restaurant, savour regional seafood delicacies at the specialty sea food restaurant, or dine in the privacy of their own villa. Leisure facilities include an outdoor pool, an Ayurvedic spa offering a range of treatments and relaxing massages based on a private consultation with the in-house physician. Carnoustie Ayurveda & Wellness Resort also offers a range of activities including yoga lessons, bicycle rides, and an afternoon with the resident elephant. Carnoustie Ayurveda & Wellness Resort does not currently have an alcohol licence but you are welcome to bring your own and will not be charged for corkage.
