Located amongst the magnificent scenery of Wadi Rum, Bait Al Njoom—the House of Stars—offers an atmospheric Bedouin-style experience with some modern comforts in the heart of Jordan's stunning red desert. The camp's twenty black and white Bedouin themed tents (including two suites designed for families) benefit from electricity (timed) and are equipped with private bathrooms and small patios where guests can enjoy the magnificent Lawrence of Arabia landscape. Each of the suites has two bedrooms (1 double, 1 twin bedded room), a large bathroom and a living room with magnificent views of Wadi Rum’s striking mountains. The patios are the perfect vantage points from which to admire Wadi Rum’s lunar scenery. A short stroll across the sand is the camp’s traditional Bedouin dining tent where tasty homemade breakfasts and dinners are served. After sunset, the views are equally—if not more—magnificent. On a cloudless night, even the quickest glance up to the heavens will instantly reveal why Bait Al Njoom is so aptly named. The billions of twinkling stars, combined with the giant spirals of the Milky Way galaxy are simply breathtaking!
