While this large hotel does not fulfil all of the expectations of a five star property and is beginning to look tired, the Royal Beach Hotel is arguably the best place to stay while on Israel’s Red Sea Riviera. Accommodation is in 353 rooms and suites all of which have a private balcony (excepting rooms on the third floor) overlooking the Red Sea. We recommend staying in either a Royal Room or a Room on the Presidential Floor, as this upgraded accommodation has better views as well as access to the Presidential Lounge and the privilege of having breakfast at ‘Bubbles’ restaurant. Dining at the Isrotel Royal Beach Hotel is available at a selection of restaurants ranging from Steak and Japanese to Italian. Every evening a pianist plays in the lobby lounge where you can relax and enjoy a light meals and a selection of drinks.
