Saraye Ameriha

One of Kashan’s finest historic houses, the Saraye Ameriha Boutique hotel is more than two hundred years old and has been recently renovated to its former architectural glory complete with traditional wind towers, courtyards, mirrored halls, gardens and cooling pools. The property is conveniently located in the Soltan Mir Ahmad area close to the bazaar and many of Kashan’s other attractions. Accommodation at the Saraye Ameriha is simple in terms of standards, but some of the high graded rooms are highly atmospheric and decorated with a mixture of traditional Persian and modern motifs. Each room and suite is unique and has an attached shower room with washbasin and w/c. While rooms have air-conditioning units, it should be noted that these don’t always work. Breakfast is buffet style and served in a vaulted room with crisp, white walls and colourful stained glass windows that fill the room with brightly coloured light. A selection of cheese, fresh baked breads, jams, olives, hot egg dishes, freshly squeezed orange juice, specialty teas and perhaps the best coffee in Iran, will give you the perfect meal to start your day. Dinner is offered in the hotel’s stunning Mirror Hall and features both Kashani and traditional Iranian dishes.
