Corinthian Travel was founded by Hugh Fraser to provide, expertly planned, imaginative and luxurious tours that give a real ‘flavour’ of what he regards as one of the most fascinating corners of this world. Personal highlights from Hugh's travel have included cruising slowly down the Nile, walking in the mountains of Oman, gazing on the stunning Sheikh Lotfollah Mosque in Isfahan, discovering Sri Lanka's ancient cities, and enjoying what is arguably the best view in Egypt over a good breakfast at the Old Cataract Hotel in Aswan.

Balaji Kandasamy

Balaji originally hails from Pondicherry in southern India and is Corinthian Travel's "guru" on the Indian subcontinent. From the Himalayan desert of Ladakh, to the jungles of Madhya Pradesh, and the emerald slopes of Sri Lanka's hill country; there is almost nowhere where he hasn't been! Balaji cites visits to the Golden Temple in Amritsar and the UNESCO World Heritage caves of Ajanta and Ellora as amongst his most amazing experiences. An almost unquenchable  passion for wildlife always keeps him busy!

Based in Chicago, Nicole (Niki to her friends) is Corinthian Travel's North America Ambassador. Niki has worked in luxury travel for more than 25 years during which time she has travelled across the length and breadth of the planet. Her eye for detail is exceptional as are the trips she arranges for her select clients. India has always held a particular fascination for Niki.  "Cookie cutter" and the routine she does not do!  Recent trips have included Egypt, Sudan, Israel, Turkey, Iran and of course....India.
