All prices published in our brochures, marketing material and website are for guidance only and are based on exchange rates in effect on the publication date. The price of your holiday may vary at any time before we have accepted your booking. All prices are based on two people sharing. Durations listed for our tours are based on the number of hotel nights booked. If you are travelling alone additional supplements over and above single room supplements apply.
WHAT YOUR HOLIDAY PRICE INCLUDES
Your Confirmation will contain details of what is included in the price of your package. Any items not detailed in your Confirmation are not included in the price of the package. The following items are always included / excluded as standard.
Meet & Greet Service at Airport. On arrival at one of our destinations you will be met at the airport or land border by a Corinthian Travel representative.
Transportation between Airports & Hotels Accommodation: Transportation by private vehicle between airports and hotels.
Accommodation: As listed in the itinerary in rooms with private facilities (shower and / or bath) – unless otherwise noted – inclusive of hotel service charges and local taxes.
Porterage: At airports and on check-in and check-out of hotels porterage is included for a maximum of 2 bags per person.
Sightseeing and Entrance Fees: All sightseeing as listed in your itinerary on a private guide basis (except cruises in Egypt which are on a shared basis), including entrance fees to all sights specified in the itinerary.
Meals: Meals as specified in your itinerary on a table d’hote basis: ‘Full Board’ indicates breakfast, lunch and dinner; ‘Half Board’ is breakfast and dinner; ‘Breakfast’ includes full breakfast unless otherwise indicated. Included meals are indicated in your itinerary using the following key: B=breakfast, L=lunch, D=Dinner.
Water: Mineral water is included for guest use in vehicles for all private transfers and private sightseeing excursions. One bottle of water per person is included for any included lunches and dinners.
Corinthian Travel Representative: The services of a Corinthian Travel representative in your country of destination.
WHAT YOUR HOLIDAY PRICE DOES NOT INCLUDE
Flights: Unless otherwise specified in the itinerary the holiday cost listed does not include any flights.
Passports: The cost of obtaining or renewing your passport.
Visas: The cost of obtaining any visas that may be required.
Travel Insurance: The cost of Travel Insurance is not included in your holiday cost.
Overseas Departure Taxes: Where these are levied they are payable by the client.
Sightseeing Tours and Entrance Fees: Except where specified in the itinerary.
Items of a Personal Nature: On such items as drinks, laundry, room service, telephone calls, and any related tax and service charge.
Gratuities: Discretionary gratuities to drivers, guides, hotel or boat staff etc..
Government Levies or Taxes: Any Government levies or taxes introduced after the website was posted.
