The booking process is straightforward and simple. Summarised below are the 6 steps that will take you from planning your holiday to setting off on a specially designed private tailor-made travel experience. For specific details please see the Booking Conditions and Booking Form which will form the basis of your contract with us.
STEP 1.
Call to discuss your holiday ideas.
Please visit the website then call us to speak to a destination specialist and discuss your holiday requirements. We will discuss your requirements with you and then within 48 hours prepare a no-obligation, free of charge quotation and detailed itinerary.
STEP 2.
Complete the booking form.
Once you are happy with the itinerary and would like to proceed, please read the Booking Terms and Conditions, then complete, sign, date the Booking Form and return it to Corinthian Travel by post or by fax together with all applicable payments. Outside 70 days of departure, Corinthian Travel requires a deposit of £300 per person, or such sum as advised by us in your quotation. If booking within this period Full Payment is required. Payments can be made by cheque, debitcard, creditcard in pounds sterling.
STEP 3.
We will book your holiday.
Subject to the availability of your tailor-made holiday, and the receipt of your deposit (or full payment if within 70 days of departure), we will book your holiday, process the authorized payments, and send you a letter of acknowledgement. Once we have processed the payment a contract will come into existence between us.
STEP 4.
We will issue your confirmation invoice.
Once all aspects of your holiday have been confirmed we will issue a confirmation invoice and sent it to you specifying the outstanding balance and the due date. We will also send you an updated version of your itinerary together with supplementary travel notes. The travel notes contain information about visa requirements and other important pre-travel information. Please ensure that you read the notes carefully.
STEP 5.
Final payment is due at 70 days prior to travel.
The final balance is due at 70 days prior to your date of departure. Payment can be made by cheque or debit card. Should you wish to pay using credit card a charge of 2% will be added to the invoice to cover the charges levied by the credit card companies.
STEP 6.
We will dispatch final documents.
Unless otherwise specified, your final travel documents will be sent to the address specified on your booking form approximately 3 weeks prior to departure. For bookings made within 2 weeks of departure we will email all travel documents to you.
